About the Role :

Insight Global is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is a backfill for a recently promoted resource and requires a candidate with 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using .NET, C#, TypeScript, and React.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders and customer teams to enhance and maintain a critical host application. The ideal candidate is a strong independent contributor with excellent problem-solving skills, deep expertise in both backend and frontend development, and experience working in Azure cloud environments. Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using .NET, C#, TypeScript, and React.

- Enhance and support existing applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end components using React and TypeScript.

- Work within Azure cloud environments to deploy, manage, and support applications.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Work independently on complex tasks while contributing to team success.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development lifecycle processes.

- Support occasional onsite collaboration for future projects as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.

- Strong front-end development experience with TypeScript and React.

- Hands-on experience working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of full stack architecture and modern web development practices.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently.

- Comfortable working in Agile development environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in the Healthcare or Medical Device industry.

- Experience with Node.js.

- Exposure to cloud-native or microservices-based architectures.
