Senior Full Stack Developer - Shopify/Next.js

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience building and scaling Shopify applications and custom storefronts.

In this role, youll take ownership of the full development lifecycle from designing scalable architectures to implementing high-performance Shopify apps and storefronts.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and optimized e-commerce experiences that support our growing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and customize Shopify storefronts using Liquid, Online Store 2.0, and headless commerce approaches (Hydrogen/Oxygen, Next.js, etc.

- Architect integrations with Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL), webhooks, and third-party services.

- Implement and optimize checkout extensibility and custom themes.

- Ensure apps and storefronts adhere to Shopifys performance, security, and compliance standards.

- Champion best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD to maintain a robust and reliable codebase.

- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions.

- Stay ahead of Shopifys evolving ecosystem, adopting new frameworks and technologies.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of professional Shopify development experience.

- Proven expertise in Shopify app development, Liquid, and custom storefront implementations.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frameworks such as Remix, Next.js, or React.

- Solid understanding of Shopify APIs (GraphQL & REST), OAuth, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Git-based workflows.

- Knowledge of performance optimization, unit/integration testing, and debugging tools.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Vercel) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Published Shopify apps or active contributions to the Shopify developer community.
