Senior Full Stack Developer - Ruby on Rails/AngularJS

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails, Angular, and MySQL, with strong proficiency in modern web technologies and best practices.

You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from designing clean user interfaces to building robust backend services, ensuring seamless integrations, and maintaining high-quality standards in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate with internal and third-party services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across web platforms.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.

Requirements :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with Angular.

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end web solutions in a remote setup.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, application architecture, and performance optimization.
