Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days (Serving/Official)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong coding expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.js. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in designing scalable systems, building robust backend services, and delivering high-performance frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js

- Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services

- Work on microservices architecture and event-driven systems

- Implement and manage background jobs using Sidekiq

- Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and code reviews

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and backend development

- Hands-on experience with React.js and Redux

- Strong understanding of System Design & Microservices Architecture

- Experience with PostgreSQL & Database Design

- Expertise in RESTful APIs and Backend Testing

- Experience with Kafka, Redis, Sidekiq

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments

- Knowledge of OpenSearch / Elasticsearch

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Experience with Material UI

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience in performance optimization and scalability

- Familiarity with Vite

- Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
