Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Django). Lead architecture, drive innovation, and own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features for our data products in the US insurance domain. WFO Chennai (Guindy).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of complex features using React (frontend) and Django/Django REST Framework (backend).

- Propose and own short/medium/long-term technical roadmaps aligned with product goals.

- Drive architectural decisions (scalability, observability, security, multi-tenant concerns).

- Deliver measurable improvements : performance, CI/CD velocity, deployment frequency, test coverage.

- Mentor developers, run architecture reviews, and instil best practices (code review, testing, design docs).

- Collaborate with Product & Data to convert requirements into pragmatic MVPs and production systems.

- Identify technical debt and lead prioritized remediation plans.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5- 10 years in full-stack development with demonstrable senior or tech-lead experience.

- Deep hands-on expertise in React.js (hooks, performance optimisation, component design) and Django + DRF (API design, authentication, middleware).

- Strong system design skills : experience architecting scalable web services, caching strategies, background jobs, rate limiting.

- Solid DB experience (Postgres / MySQL), data modelling, query optimisation.

- Production experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, observability (logs/metrics/tracing).

- Proven ability to mentor, write design docs, and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.

- Comfortable owning delivery and influencing product direction.
