About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.

You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining robust web applications that ensure performance, scalability, and security across all layers of the stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications.

- Take end-to-end ownership of featuresfrom requirement gathering to deployment and support.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and internal systems.

- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces that enhance user experience.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best development practices.

- Ensure security, performance optimization, and scalability of all web solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Design) to ensure smooth delivery.

- Participate in architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions to complex technical problems.

Required Skills & Experience :

Front-End :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js (or similar frameworks such as Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Expertise in responsive UI design and front-end performance optimization.

Back-End :

- Strong expertise in Node.js / Express.js or similar frameworks.

- Proven experience in RESTful API design, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2), and database schema design.

Databases :

- Proficiency with Relational Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB).

- Experience with query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment automation.

Other Core Competencies :

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, and scalability best practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in Agile environments.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with GraphQL and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Exposure to load balancing, caching (Redis, CDN), and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git.

- Prior experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
