Senior Full Stack Developer - React.js/NestJS

Sr Full-Stack Developer (React / NestJS / AIAugmented) for one of our clients' MNCs.

Exp : 6 to 10 Years

Location : Hybrid

Job Type : (C2H). 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications using React and Node.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain end to end full stack applications, utilizing React.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend) in TypeScript.

- Convert Figma or UI/UX designs into modern, responsive, accessible web components.

- Lead frontend version updates, maintain UI consistency, and refine component libraries using frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Ant Design.

- Implement clean MVC and MVVM architectural patterns across frontend and backend.

- Build and expose RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient client-server communication.

- Integrate and optimize both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.

- Establish robust test coverage using Jest (frontend & backend).

- Embed AI augmented features : integrate ML modelsvia APIs or microservicesfor services such as intelligent recommendations, search ranking, autocomplete, chatbot interfaces, etc.; collaborate with data science/ML teams.

- Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance.

- Participate in code reviews, drive best practices, and mentor mid level or junior engineers.

- Contribute to documentation, architectural decisions, CI/CD strategies, DevOps workflows, and deployment plans.

- Align development with business needs and provide technical input in agile ceremonies (sprints, planning, retros).

Required Skills :

- 9- 13 years in software development (frontend + backend), with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and NestJS.

- Proven track record in building component libraries, managing UI frameworks (Tailwind, Ant Design), and maintaining frontend architecture.

- Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Expertise in writing automated tests using Jest.

- Hands on experience integrating AI/ML pipelines, or working closely with ML engineers to deploy AI driven features.

- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM), RESTful & GraphQL API design, microservices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and capability to manage complex technical tasks independently.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred :

- Experience with AI infrastructure (e.g., model serving, vector databases, embeddings).

- Background in React Native or mobile hybrid UI stacks.

- Familiarity with orchestration tools (Kubernetes), message queues, event systems, or domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS.

- Advanced cloud-native patterns: serverless, microservices, caching, WebSocket, etc.

- Experience with TypeORM, Prisma, or other ORMs.

- Exposure to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) workflows.
