Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / FastAPI / AI / Cloud)

Job Description :

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for our team in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a full-time, onsite role for candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

You will work directly under the CEO, contributing to core technology decisions and product development.

This is a high ownership role where you will handle end-to-end development backend systems, frontend applications, DevOps, and AI integrations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building and scaling systems independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage end-to-end full stack applications

- Build scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI

- Develop responsive frontend using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Next.js

- Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into production systems (mandatory)

- Design and manage REST APIs, databases, and system architecture

- Implement authentication & security (JWT, OAuth2)

- Handle DevOps, deployment, and infrastructure setup

- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment

- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with teams and take complete ownership of systems

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Minimum 5+ years of Full Stack development experience

- Strong expertise in Python (Advanced)

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI (mandatory)

Strong frontend skills in :

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

- React / Next.js or similar frameworks

- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

- Strong understanding of REST APIs & system design

- Experience with Docker (containerization)

- Good knowledge of Linux systems

- Understanding of async programming & performance optimization

AI & Advanced Skills (Mandatory) :

- AI/ML experience is a must

- Experience integrating AI models into real-world applications

- Ability to work with APIs, models, and data pipelines

- Understanding of real-time systems (WebSockets, queues, etc.)
