About the Role :

We are seeking Senior Full Stack Developers who thrive in a product-based, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java and Angular, with additional expertise in Python frameworks for backend flexibility.

This is a contractual position for self-motivated engineers who can take end-to-end ownership of application design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Ownership : Drive the complete software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.

- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and refine requirements.

- Solution Architecture : Design scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.

- Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across backend and frontend stacks.

- DevOps & Deployment : Manage containerization and deployment using Docker in Linux-based environments.

- Testing & Quality : Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure robustness.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs, code, and system architecture.

- Agile Delivery : Work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Technical Skills Required :

Backend :

- Java (Spring Boot) Hands-on coding experience required.

- Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) Strong exposure preferred.

- Microservices Architecture Experience in building and consuming APIs in distributed systems.

Frontend :

- Angular (v10+) Strong hands-on coding expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- React exposure is a plus.

Database :

- MongoDB Proficient in schema design and performance optimization.

- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL for relational storage.

DevOps & Tools :

- Docker, Linux, Shell scripting Must-have.

- Version Control : Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Testing & Quality :

- Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and mocking frameworks.

Methodologies :

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery.

Qualifications & Expectations :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on, full-stack development experience in product-based environments.

- Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
