As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll own end-to-end features from backend APIs and data layers to frontend experiences and play a key role in shaping the architecture of a live, revenue-impacting InsurTech platform. Role Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features using Node.js, NestJS, and React.js /Next.js.

- Own backend services, APIs, and frontend workflows with a product-first mindset.

- Work with MongoDB and Redis to build high-performance data and caching layers.

- Design and maintain Dockerized services and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.

- Integrate asynchronous systems using Service Bus / Kafka for event-driven architecture.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver impactful features.

- Contribute to system design, performance optimization, and reliability at scale.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of full stack development experience with a strong engineering foundation.

- Strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, and modern frontend frameworks (React.js / Next.js).

- Solid experience with MongoDB, caching strategies (Redis), and API design best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud-native development patterns.

- Practical knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

- Experience working with message queues / event-driven systems (Service Bus, Kafka).

- Strong engineering fundamentals, ownership mindset, and attention to quality at scale.
