Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru South. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility for partial remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient software solutions.

This role demands strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, a deep understanding of system architecture, and a commitment to high-quality coding standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing full stack applications.

- Build and manage responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and business logic.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms and containerized environments.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.

- Follow best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and version control.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.

- Solid experience with back-end frameworks including Node.js, Express, or Django.

- Strong database expertise with SQL, MongoDB, and other relational or non-relational databases.

- Proven experience in API development and integration, including RESTful services.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git-based version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on system optimization and scalability.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
