We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-performance systems, comfortable working across frontend and backend, and eager to contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

- Build responsive and high-performance web applications with clean, reusable code.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide on-call support when required.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the existing tech stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).

- Expertise in Node.js with frameworks

- Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and integration with databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Good exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Min experience with unit testing / automation frameworks.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
