About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our technology team as an Architect-Level Contributor. This role is ideal for engineers with a passion for scalable system design, enterprise application development, and hands-on coding in fullstack environments. You will work closely with clients, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver modern, robust web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Kafka/RabbitMQ.

- Participate in client discussions, understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

- Design and build microservices-based architectures and implement authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, with optional exposure to GraphQL.

- Ensure optimal application performance through tuning, logging, and monitoring.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers in the team.

- Work on network-level understanding of request lifecycles, access control, and authorization flows.

- Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.

- Expertise in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and any messaging framework such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.

- Solid grasp of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO).

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).

- Sound understanding of network-level concepts (e.g., request/response flow, access provisioning, proxies, headers, etc.).

Soft Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience in client interaction and requirement gathering.
