Work Pattern : 3 Days from Office | 2 Days Work from Home

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 9+ years of hands-on development experience to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering modern cloud-native solutions using cutting-edge technologies in a hybrid work environment.

You will work on complex enterprise applications, focusing on full-stack development, microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps practices, and data engineering solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : 5+ years of strong software development experience

- Core Technical Skills :

1. Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET

2. Strong experience with React and Node.js

3. Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services (including Athena, Redshift)

- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines

- Strong knowledge of Docker and Linux Containers

- Databases & Data :

1. Relational Databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL databases

2. Experience with Data Warehousing concepts

- Working knowledge of Parquet, Athena, Redshift, and Vertica

- Additional Skills :

1. Microservices architecture

2. Microsoft HPC

3. Python programming

4. Test-Driven Development (TDD)

5. Jest for frontend testing

- Strong understanding of full-stack development tools and frameworks

Must-Have Attributes :

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

- Advanced problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach

- Excellent communication skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms

- Experience working in Agile/Kanban methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver robust IT solutions using modern Cloud, Web, Data, and DevOps technologies

- Take ownership of technical solution design, implementation, and support throughout the full development lifecycle

- Independently manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision

- Mentor and coach junior developers and teammates

- Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads in an Agile environment to track status, milestones, risks, and issues

- Participate in customer planning sessions and help elicit and refine business requirements

- Analyze requirements, prepare technical specifications, and perform solution gap analysis

- Provide technical consultation on architecture, databases, operating systems, and application functionality

- Design and present technical solutions to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, integration, and support teams

- Evaluate and balance technical risk with business priorities for timely delivery

- Continuously improve application performance, stability, and monitoring capabilities

- Develop and maintain operational support documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base

- Identify and resolve production issues efficiently

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
