Insight Global is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join us in Bangalore, India on a hybrid 12-month contract to hire role.

You'll be joining a high-performing Operational Tooling team working on designing and building large-scale solutions to administer indexes. This is a strategic, business-critical initiative where you'll be empowered to influence architecture, work collaboratively across international teams, and take real ownership of the UI and backend tooling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain modern web applications using Angular (v15+) and TypeScript

- Collaborate closely with global teammates across the UK and Europe

- Help define and deliver backend services using Java

- Write clean, scalable, testable code with strong attention to performance

- Work with Product and DevOps teams to implement new features end-to-end

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers when needed

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions

- Ensure your solutions meet regulatory, security, and performance standards

Must Haves :

- 5+ years of professional development experience

- Strong hands-on expertise with Angular (v12 or newer) and TypeScript

- Solid knowledge of Node.js, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript ES6+

- Experience building and consuming microservices

- Ability to work autonomously and in fast-paced Agile environments

- Exceptional communication skills with a team-first attitude

Plusses :

- Experience in the financial or data-heavy industries is a bonus
