About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of our core SaaS product features.

You'll be instrumental in architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions across the entire application stack.

This role requires deep expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable features and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Build responsive, modern user interfaces using React.js with state management tools like Redux or Context API.

- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Enzyme).

- Participate in code reviews, establish best practices, and contribute to the technical vision of the product.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and deployment to AWS or Azure.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Proven experience with the MERN stack in a production environment.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3) or Google Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
