About the Role :

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in MERN Stack, Next.js, and AWS to build scalable, high-performance, cloud-native web and mobile applications.

- This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across frontend, backend, architecture, databases, cloud deployments, and CI/CD environments.

- You will play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering high-quality digital solutions while ensuring best engineering practices, clean code, and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend & Architecture :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Node.js & Express.js.

- Write clean, optimized, maintainable code following best practices.

- Implement high-performance RESTful APIs with strong security and reliability.

Frontend Development :

- Build responsive, interactive, and high-performance UIs using React.js and Next.js.

- Utilize SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and Static Site Generation for performance and SEO optimization.

Mobile Development :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (or equivalent frameworks).

Database Engineering :

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design, optimize, and maintain scalable databases.

- Ensure high data integrity, performance tuning, and query optimization.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Work extensively with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Data Structures & Algorithms :

- Apply strong DSA knowledge to build efficient, optimized, and reliable systems.

- Solve real-world problems using robust DS/Algo approaches.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in system-level architecture discussions.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

- Take ownership of technical modules and end-to-end delivery.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- MERN Stack : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Next.js with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) experience

- Strong hands-on experience with microservices architecture

- React Native or mobile development

- PostgreSQL (advanced proficiency required)

- AWS : EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation

- Docker & Kubernetes (containerization & orchestration)

- CI/CD : Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions

- Strong DSA fundamentals (must-have)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, or WebSockets

- Exposure to Serverless, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, or NextAuth

- AI API integrations or real-time streaming implementation

- Knowledge of micro-frontends & scalable architecture patterns

- Experience with 3D/AR/VR/Metaverse technologies

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in full-stack development

- Experience with production-grade, large-scale applications

- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern engineering standards

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills

- Experience working in cloud-first and microservices-driven environments
