About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Angular, and MySQL, along with a solid understanding of modern development standards, system integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular.

- Develop clean, reusable, and testable code aligned with industry best practices.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features and user experiences.

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in full stack web development.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

1. Ruby on Rails

2. Angular

3. JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Database expertise with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

- Experience working in Linux or macOS environments.

- Proficiency with Git, Docker, REST APIs, and Sidekiq.

- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and component-based front-end development.

Preferred (Good to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to microservices architecture.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Cypress, etc.).
