Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Java Lead with expertise in Spring Boot and React.js to lead the development of scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend experience, solid frontend development skills, and prior team leadership experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development throughout the full software development lifecycle

- Design, develop, and deploy backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

- Architect and build dynamic UI components using React.js, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions

- Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, mentoring, and enforcing coding best practices

- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams

Required Skillset :

Backend : Core Java 5+ yrs, Springboot, Microservices, RestAPI

Frontend : React.js 4+ yrs, Javascript,Redux,Webpack
