About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Go (Golang) and React to build end-to-end features for our B2B AI SaaS platform. This role is critical for delivering a high-performance, responsive user experience backed by a fast, concurrent, and reliable backend. You will own the full feature lifecycle, from designing UI components to architecting the underlying API logic and ensuring scalable database interactions.

Key Technical Responsibilities :

1. Backend Development (Go/Golang) :

- Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput APIs and microservices using Go (Golang), focusing on concurrency and low latency crucial for serving enterprise clients.

- Implement secure and efficient integration layers between the UI and the core AI/ML services platform.

- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis) to ensure data integrity and optimal query performance.

2. Frontend Development (React) :

- Develop modern, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript to deliver complex, data-rich dashboards and user workflows for enterprise administrators.

- Ensure application state management is efficient and scalable, and that frontend performance meets high user experience standards.

3. Architecture and Quality :

- Participate in system design discussions, contributing expertise on distributed systems and API contract design (REST/gRPC).

- Champion code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and enforce best practices across the codebase.

- Work with the Platform/DevOps team to deploy and monitor services running on Kubernetes in the cloud (AWS/GCP).

What You'll Bring (Mandatory Skills & Experience) :

- Educational Excellence : B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline from an IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or IIIT is mandatory.

- Experience : 3-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with significant time spent building production-grade services in both the frontend and backend.

- Core Stack : Strong expertise in Go (Golang) for backend development and React.js for frontend development.

- Systems : Working knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud environments (AWS/GCP), and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Databases : Strong proficiency in SQL and optimizing relational database interactions.

Logistics and Compensation :

- Location : This is a Hybrid Work position based in Bangalore only. No WFH/Remote options are available.

- Compensation : Highly competitive compensation package in the range of - 30 LPA - 55 LPA + significant ESOPS, commensurate with full-stack expertise and performance.
