Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications. This role requires strong technical expertise across backend and frontend development, along with the ability to support operational needs such as production issue resolution and system reliability improvements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Core Development

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using .NET 6+, C#, and Azure Functions.

- Build responsive UI components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Manage end-to-end feature delivery, from design to deployment and post-release support.

Operational Support :

- Provide engineering assistance to Operations and Customer Success teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.

- Monitor and enhance system performance and reliability.

Architecture & Collaboration :

- Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.

- Apply SaaS patterns such as microservices, multi-tenancy, and distributed systems.

- Improve observability, logging, and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams in an Agile setup.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.

- Strong knowledge of : .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, Azure Functions

- React or Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

- RESTful API design and integration

- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage Queues, or similar messaging

systems.

- Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to perform well under pressure and resolve critical issues promptly.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to event-driven architecture and serverless design patterns.

- Experience in the Fintech domain, especially transactional systems.

- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
