About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to lead and contribute to the design and development of our cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React), backend technologies (Node.js), and cloud environments. You will work closely with product, design, and QA teams to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly software that meets business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide the development team through the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Architect and implement new product features using Angular (2+) or React, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.

- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and performance.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including efficient handling of high-volume data.

- Work with databases including SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), Redis, and ElasticSearch to support data-driven features.

- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage deployments and environments using AWS or similar cloud platforms, and actively engage in learning and adopting new technologies and tools.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues promptly.

- Promote best practices for frontend and backend development, security, and performance optimization.

- Maintain a client-first and team-first mindset, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

Frontend :

- Strong proficiency with Angular 2+ or React frameworks.

- Expertise in modern HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Proven experience in building responsive, cross-browser compatible user interfaces.

- Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable.

Backend :

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Databases :

- Experience working with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Knowledge of caching mechanisms and key-value stores like Redis.

- Exposure to ElasticSearch for search and analytics capabilities.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Exposure to AWS services including compute, storage, and deployment pipelines is preferred.
