Senior Full Stack Developer

Role : Senior Full Stack Developer

Location : Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (Onsite)

Experience : 1015 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, best practices, and performance feedback

- Establish and uphold engineering standards (CI/CD, QA, configuration management)

- Drive technical innovation and contribute to architectural improvements

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams

- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction

- Execute complex Agile projects with ownership of estimates, dependencies, and risk mitigation

Technical Requirements :

Mandatory Skills :

- Java, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript

OR

- Java, Microservices, API Development, Kafka

- Strong understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL)

- Familiarity with relational & NoSQL databases

- Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Good knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)

- Ability to architect complex systems in domains like retail or warehouse platforms
