- Team Mentorship : Lead code reviews, foster best practices, and mentor developers to elevate team technical maturity.

- Hands-on Development : Translate sophisticated UI/UX designs into responsive React interfaces; oversee framework upgrades (React/Next.js) and complex technical troubleshooting.

- Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, component) using Jest/React Testing Library.

- Strategic Collaboration : Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps; lead technical decision-making across projects.

- AI Integration : Leverage AI-powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to optimize code quality, documentation, and development velocity.

Technical Qualifications :

- Core Expertise : Exceptional proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context, Performance), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS-in-JS/Tailwind.

- State & APIs : Deep experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and RESTful API integration.

- Leadership Scope : Proven track record in leading teams, including expertise in multiple frameworks (Angular/Vue.js) and exposure to micro-frontend architectures.
