Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Lead / Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications using modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in React.js, Front-End Architecture, performance optimization, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of front-end developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end architecture.

- Build high-performance enterprise web applications using React.js.

- Define coding standards, UI architecture, and development best practices.

- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend teams, and business stakeholders.

- Develop reusable UI components and modular front-end frameworks.

- Integrate applications with REST APIs and GraphQL services.

- Ensure application performance, accessibility, security, scalability, and browser compatibility.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Support CI/CD implementation and production deployments.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and recommend architectural improvements.
