Description :

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex user-facing features, from UX discussions and architecture design to implementation, testing, and performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business goals and sometimes ambiguous requirements into robust, scalable frontend solutions. Beyond writing code, you are expected to lead technical decision-making on the frontend, shape our design system and client-side architecture, and help the team continuously improve quality and developer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design front-end applications using the latest front-end technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js .

- Take ownership to maintain a high-quality codebase and introduce processes to ensure new releases are properly tested and application development work moves smoothly.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other development teams to implement features and maintain the platform.

- Contribute to maintaining best practices through knowledge sharing, participating in code reviews, and providing feedback.

- Lead frontend architecture and design for new features and UI flows, including state management, API integration patterns, and performance strategies (e. g., pagination/infinite scroll, caching, and rendering optimization).

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage trade-offs between UX, delivery speed, and technical complexity, and define feasible milestones.

- Drive stakeholder communication around the frontend domain, explaining technical constraints and risks in a way non-technical partners can understand and align on priorities and release plans.

- Set the standard for code quality on the frontend through thoughtful code reviews, mentorship, and by introducing best practices in testing, accessibility, and observability.

Requirements :

- Front-End : TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Storybook, Nx, GraphQL, Vitest/Jest, i18n.

- Others : GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Slack, Teams, and Figma.

- More than 7 years of experience in the software engineering field.

- Experience with React and TypeScript.

- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript development.

- Experience with CI/CD workflows.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers and designers.

- Experience leading application architecture and feature design.

- Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
