- Lead the evolution of our front-end architecture and component systems.

- Create flexible foundations for multi-tenant customization, theming, and feature-level configuration.

- Partner with design and product to translate complex workflows into elegant, maintainable interfaces.

- Build reusable, well-tested components and establish patterns for consistent UI development.

- Drive frontend quality across performance, maintainability, and developer experience.

- Mentor teammates and contribute to overall frontend strategy and standards.

What we're looking for :

- 6+ years of experience building modern web applications in React and TypeScript.

- Experience designing or contributing to large-scale component systems or design libraries.

- Strong architectural thinking - you know how to balance abstraction with clarity.

- Deep understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and usability best practices.

- Collaborative and product-minded - you care about both developer ergonomics and user experience.
