About the Role :

- React development for mobile and web based products in a fast-scaling healthtech company.

- Take initiative and drive execution from day one - we're hiring immediately.

Responsibilities :

- Lead in-house development and technical implementation across React Native (mobile) and React.js (web) interfaces.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind and Angular.

- Interpret product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.

- Own and drive system architecture decisions, ensuring performance, modularity, and efficiency.

- Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal team to align tech roadmap with timelines.

- Contribute to building internal tech culture and, eventually, mentor or grow a small team.

Experience & Skills Required:

- 3+ years of experience in react and react native development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, React Native and TypeScript.

- Familiarity with AWS and secure cloud-first deployments.

- Experience building cross-platform apps with shared codebases.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare compliance, or HL7/FHIR standards.
