About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer who can build polished, high-performance web applications with React/Next.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design detail, real experience building bidirectional (LTR/RTL) interfaces, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain web applications using React/Next.js or any other framework and TypeScript.

- Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.

- Build interfaces that support both left-to-right and right-to-left languages.

- Collaborate with designers to translate designs into pixel-accurate, production-quality code.

- Contribute to and help maintain a shared component/design system.

- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.

- Deep expertise in React or any other framework, and TypeScript (strict mode).

- Proven experience building bidirectional (LTR/RTL) interfaces, not just CSS mirroring.

- Strong understanding of modern CSS, responsive design, and web performance optimisation.

- Experience working with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Tailwind, shadcn, or equivalent).

- Familiarity with state management, API integration, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).

- Strong attention to visual/design fidelity.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.

Preferred :

- Experience building for bilingual or multilingual user bases.

- Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android) as a plus.

- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
