The Role :

You will build the web and mobile products that clinicians and patients use every day, across React.js (web) and React Native (mobile). This is a hands-on, high-ownership role - take initiative and drive execution from day one, own architecture and quality, and ship products that reach 200+ hospitals and clinics.

What you'll do :

- Lead in-house development and technical implementation across React Native (mobile) and React.js (web).

- Turn product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.

- Own and drive system-architecture decisions, ensuring performance, modularity, and efficiency.

- Build cross-platform apps with shared codebases.

- Collaborate with product, internal teams, and external stakeholders to align the tech roadmap with timelines.

- Help build our engineering culture and, over time, mentor or grow a small team.

What we're looking for :

- 4+ years building production apps with React.js and React Native.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

- Strong HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.

- Experience building cross-platform apps with shared codebases.

- Familiarity with AWS and secure, cloud-first deployments.

- A self-directed builder who ships and owns quality end to end.

Good to have :

- Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare compliance, or HL7 / FHIR standards.

- Angular exposure.

- Experience mentoring or leading a small team.
