About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in React and TypeScript to drive the development of our customer-facing B2B SaaS platform. This role involves tackling complex UI challenges, such as visualizing large datasets, building highly customizable dashboards, and ensuring top-tier performance and accessibility. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and backend engineers to translate AI model outputs into intuitive and powerful user workflows.

Key Technical Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Architecture and Development :

Component Mastery : Design and build modular, reusable, and well-tested UI components using React.js and TypeScript to enforce type safety and maintainability.

State Management : Implement advanced state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) to handle complex application state and data synchronization with backend APIs.

Performance : Focus heavily on frontend performance optimization, including bundle splitting, lazy loading, and rendering techniques, to deliver a lightning-fast experience even with heavy data loads.

2. UX/UI Implementation and Data Visualization :

Visualization : Integrate and customize sophisticated data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js) to clearly present AI insights, metrics, and complex enterprise data to users.

Collaboration : Partner directly with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility, and translate high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive production code.

Testing : Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) to maintain the reliability and robustness of the user interface.

3. API Interaction and Tools :

Integration : Integrate efficiently with backend services using various protocols (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC) and manage API response handling, error states, and asynchronous operations.

Tooling : Contribute to the development environment, leveraging modern frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, and continuous integration pipelines.

What You'll Bring (Mandatory Skills & Experience) :

Educational Excellence : B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline from an IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, or IIIT is mandatory.

Experience : 3-6 years of dedicated experience as a Frontend Engineer, primarily working on complex, data-intensive web applications.

Core Stack : Expert proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS (e.g., CSS-in-JS or Tailwind CSS).

Visualization : Proven experience with advanced data visualization and complex UI rendering challenges.

Quality & Testing : Strong commitment to code quality, testing methodologies, and frontend architectural patterns.

Logistics and Compensation :

Location : This is a Hybrid Work position based in Bangalore only. No WFH/Remote options are available.

Compensation : Highly competitive compensation package in the range of - 30 LPA - 55 LPA + significant ESOPS, commensurate with expertise in building enterprise-grade frontends.
