Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate React Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. As a React developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces that power our digital products and services. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring modern web applications to life.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).

- Translate wireframes and design mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews, team stand-ups, and agile development practices.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Continuously research and implement new frontend technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency and user experience.

- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and performance issues.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role, with 2+ years of hands-on experience using React.js in production environments.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.

- Proficiency with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, or Yarn.

- Experience using version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of UI/UX best practices and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n).

- Previous work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

- Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS).

- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
