Senior Frontend Engineer - Angular (6-10 Years Experience)

Role Overview :

As a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in Angular, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge products. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, high-performance web applications, translating intricate business requirements into intuitive and scalable user interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineering teams to deliver seamless, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and hands-on development of sophisticated Angular applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance for a diverse user base.

- Drive technical discussions and strategic decisions for frontend solutions, aligning closely with overall product vision and enterprise architectural standards.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineers, to transform conceptual ideas and requirements into tangible, high-quality user experiences.

- Optimize application responsiveness and efficiency, employing best practices in code structure, state management (Ngrx), and reactive programming (Rxjs) to deliver a superior user journey.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the frontend team.

- Champion code quality and robust testing methodologies, implementing comprehensive unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jasmine and Jest to ensure reliability and stability.

- Oversee and contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and Jenkins, streamlining development workflows and accelerating delivery cycles.

- Ensure adherence to modern web standards, accessibility guidelines, and security best practices across all frontend development initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying complex applications using Angular, coupled with a deep understanding of its ecosystem, including Ngrx for state management and Rxjs for reactive programming.

- Proven ability to design, implement, and consume robust RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with backend services.

- Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong grasp of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap.

- Extensive experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Jest, committed to delivering high-quality, test-driven code.

- Expert-level command of version control systems, particularly Git, including advanced branching strategies and collaborative workflows.

- Proficient in utilizing development environments like VS Code and leveraging its capabilities for efficient and productive coding.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, specifically Azure DevOps and Jenkins, to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution, reflecting a strong foundational understanding of software development principles.
