About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications.

This role involves building scalable and responsive user interfaces using cutting-edge frontend technologies and frameworks, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze software requirements and functional specifications in alignment with business needs.

- Design, develop, and unit test robust frontend components and applications.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on design and development best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation (requirements, design, code, test plans, user guides).

- Ensure adherence to project quality standards and organizational guidelines.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline integration and deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders for requirements gathering, integration, and delivery.

Qualifications :

Education : B./B.Tech/MCA/M./M.Tech/MSc in Computer Science or related field.

Experience : 3-5 years of software development experience.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and object-oriented programming.

- Deep expertise in Angular and/or React frameworks.

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, micro-frontends, and module federation.

- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and version control tools such as Git.

- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Swagger, Postman).

- Exposure to backend development (Java Spring Boot) and database programming (PostgreSQL) is an advantage.

- Cloud application development experience, particularly on AWS, is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to mentor and coach junior developers.

- Quick learner with adaptability to emerging technologies and industry trends
