About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise applications in the capital markets and banking domain. You will work closely with product, backend, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js

- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality, reusable code

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility

- Collaborate with backend developers (Node.js) for API integration

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

- Participate in code reviews and enforce best frontend practices

- Debug and resolve UI/UX issues in production environments

- Contribute to frontend architecture and component design systems

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs (Node.js-based backends preferred)

- Working knowledge of databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL (for API/data handling understanding)

- Must have experience in Capital Markets or Banking Applications

Good to Have :

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)

- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

- Exposure to UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, etc.)

- Understanding of accessibility and web standards

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 5+ years of frontend development experience

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong eye for design and attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
