About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using React.js and Next.js.

The ideal candidate will lead frontend architecture, drive UI excellence, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

You will play a key role in designing modern user interfaces, improving application performance, and implementing best-in-class frontend engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of frontend using React.js and Next.js.

- Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend components and modules.

- Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and efficient data flow.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces across devices and browsers.

- Optimize frontend performance, scalability, and application speed.

- Develop and maintain automated test suites.

- Troubleshoot production issues and debug frontend problems.

- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in frontend development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Next.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript.

- Exposure to GraphQL.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, and modern Next.js rendering strategies.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
