Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer specializing in Next.js, React, and modern web standards. Youll lead key initiatives across the entire frontend stackSSR/SSG, performance optimization, component architecture, and team mentorshipto deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development using Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing

- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Wireframes) into responsive, accessible React components .

- Optimize performance (Lighthouse scores, TTI, FID), implement intelligent hydration strategies, code-splitting, lazy loading, etc.

- Integrate with backend via REST/GraphQL APIs, handling auth (e.g. JWT, OAuth).

- Implement client-side state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context/Query).

- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (Vercel, AWS, Netlify).

- Write reliable tests (unit, integration, E2E using Jest, RTL, Cypress).

- Maintain code quality via PR reviews, style guides, linting.

- Mentor juniors, conduct pair programming, share frontend best practices.

- Collaborate with product, design, backend teams using Agile methodologies.

- Keep frontend stack modern by evaluating new tools, libraries, and performance techniques

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years in frontend development; 3+ years with Next.js and production-grade React

- Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, hydration, performance optimizations

- Strong proficiency: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind).

- Experience with Node.js backend integrations.

- Testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or equivalent.

- State management tools: Redux, Zustand, React Context.

- Version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Familiarity with design systems & tools (Storybook, Material-UI, Figma).

- CI/CD and cloud deployments (Vercel/AWS/Firebase).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, agile teamwork skills.

Preferred :

- Exposure to GraphQL, micro?frontends.

- Experience scaling teams and mentoring across geographies.

- Open-source contributions or maintaining frontend shared components.

- Min of 2 years strong proficiency in Next JS(Must Have), React.Js, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, and Material UI.

- Hands-on experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools

- Proficient in version control using Git.
