Description :
As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will :
- Develop and implement user interfaces for complex multi-channel customer experience projects & digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design and functionality align with business needs.
- Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks and resolving development-related bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and demonstrate the impact of front-end development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
Must-Have Experience & Skills :
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks / libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
- Knowledge of build tools and task runners such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in digital commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or equivalent systems.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functional technology teams in front-end development or customer experience projects.
- Experience in analyzing and mapping customer journeys, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
