Role Overview :
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be a cornerstone of our product development team, responsible for architecting and building the user interface of our sophisticated web applications.
You will leverage your deep expertise in Angular (version 10 and above) to create robust, high-performance, and maintainable front-end solutions that provide a seamless experience for our clients and candidates.
This role demands a blend of strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and Develop : Lead the design, architecture, and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using Angular 10+.
- Code Quality and Best Practices : Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code. Champion best practices for front-end development, including comprehensive code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Technical Leadership : Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Collaboration : Work in close partnership with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate complex requirements and mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect features.
- Performance Optimization : Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Stay Current : Continuously evaluate and implement new front-end technologies and methodologies to maximize development efficiency and application performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Extensive Experience : A minimum of 7+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a proven track record of building complex web applications.
- Angular Expertise : Proven, in-depth experience with Angular 10+, demonstrating a strong understanding of its core principles, component-based architecture, RxJS, and the broader ecosystem.
- Web Technologies : Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- State Management : High proficiency with state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita.
- Testing : Solid experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma to ensure application reliability.
- Build Tools : Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and the Angular CLI.
- Version Control : Proficient with Git and collaborative Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
- Agile Methodologies : Extensive experience working and thriving in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Good to Have :
- Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) in Angular.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong public portfolio (e.g., GitHub).
