We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer with over 5 years of experience specializing in React.js. You will be a key player in our engineering team, responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling our user-facing applications. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a problem-solver who understands the nuances of creating seamless, performant, and maintainable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development & Implementation : Develop new user-facing features using React.js and build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Architecture & Design : Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. Participate in architectural decisions and advocate for best practices.

- Performance & Optimization : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices and browsers.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Code Quality : Write clean, documented, and testable code. Conduct code reviews to maintain high development standards and mentor junior developers.

- State Management : Expertly manage application state using modern tools like Redux (with Redux Toolkit), Context API, React Query, or similar.

- Testing : Implement and maintain a robust testing strategy using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure application reliability.

- Modern Tooling : Utilize and improve the front-end build and deployment pipeline using tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM, etc.

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles (e.g., hooks, functional components, virtual DOM).
