Were looking for an experienced Technical Lead - UI with strong expertise in Angular(v18+) to join our fast-growing, product-based team in Trivandrum.

The Role :

Lead and inspire a passionate UI team to architect, design, and deliver large-scale, high-performance web applications that are clean, scalable, and user-focused. Youll work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to transform ideas into impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-end/UI developers.

- Architect and develop complex, large-scale web applications using Angular (v18+).

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver clean, maintainable solutions.

- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve code, performance, and integration issues.

- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

- Facilitate code reviews, provide feedback, and build a collaborative engineering culture.

- Document technical solutions, UI standards, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8-10 years of proven experience in UI/front-end development.

- Strong expertise in Angular (v18 and above), including RxJS, TypeScript, CLI, and advanced component architecture.

- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript ES6+.

- Experience with state management libraries (NgRx).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and integration with backend services.

- Hands-on experience with build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.) and version control systems (Git).

- Solid understanding of responsive, adaptive, and cross-browser compatible UIdesign.

- Knowledge of front-end testing framework (Jest).

- Experience using Storybook for Angular to develop, test, and document UI components in isolation.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
