Description :

We are looking for a pragmatic and visionary Senior Frontend Architect to shape the future of our complex, high-traffic web platform.

You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, architectural patterns (specifically Micro-Frontends), and best practices to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability across dozens of teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture Design : Define the overall frontend architecture, primarily using React and related frameworks, transitioning to or maintaining a Micro-Frontend setup (e.g., using Module Federation).

- Performance Optimization : Establish and enforce best practices for Web Vitals, bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and overall rendering performance.

- Tech Stack Ownership : Own the selection and governance of frontend libraries, tooling, and build systems (Webpack, Vite).

- Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into robust technical designs.

- Code Quality : Implement rigorous coding standards, unit testing (Jest/RTL), end-to-end testing (Cypress/Playwright), and design systems components.

Required Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (hooks, context, state management).

- Deep practical experience designing and implementing Micro-Frontend architectures.

- Solid understanding of modern CSS-in-JS solutions or CSS Modules.

- Proven track record of optimizing frontend performance for large-scale applications.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (Next.js/Gatsby) is a plus
