Job Description : Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI Agents)

About the role :

As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer youll work on delivering world class Voice AI Agents for our customers. You will work in AI-native teams & will be expected to move at the speed of thought.

Youll leverage the company's platform to configure, fine-tune & architect state of the art AI Agents. You will act as a conduit between product, customer success & engineering teams. Youll work very closely with customers to make AI Agents a BIG success for them.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs.

- Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.

- Own full life cycle of building agents.

- Customer collaboration > Defining Agent outcomes > Agent Config & Prompt design > Testing > Deployment & data pipelining > Monitoring > Iterate.

- Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools).

- Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments.

- Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & Companys platform.

- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.

- Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.

- Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.

Requirements :

- AI-native mindset.

- Strong demand side thinker (JTBD) with product taste. You are not merely implementation focussed.

- 2- 4 years of experience in software development & AI applications.

- Strong hold over at least one programming language.

- Solid understanding of prompt engineering patterns.

- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Comfortable working fullstack. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- You possess a T-shaped breadth and depth skill set required to dive deep into any subject and coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Engineering to figure

out solutions.

- Familiarity with the relevant domains would be a plus (AI Agents, RAGs, Python, data security etc).
