Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and build advanced applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

- Integrate APIs and third-party libraries seamlessly.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter.

- Strong understanding of Dart language and Flutter framework.

- Solid experience in building and publishing high-quality Flutter apps.

- Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.

- Experience with state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.

- Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Messaging).

- Experience with Git and version control workflows.

- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.

- Understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
