Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Architecture :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter framework

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, business analysts, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences

- Lead the complete development lifecycle from conception through deployment, testing, and post-launch optimization

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards Technical Leadership & Innovation

- Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and Flutter ecosystem developments

- Provide technical guidance on application architecture and mobile development best practices

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives

Quality Assurance & Performance :

- Implement comprehensive automated unit and integration testing strategies

- Optimize application performance and ensure excellent user experience across devices

- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently

- Maintain code quality through continuous refactoring and optimization

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 4+ years of professional Flutter development experience

- Proven track record with published applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store

- Deep expertise in Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile development lifecycle

- Strong understanding of MVC/MVT architecture patterns and clean coding principles

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git

- Proficiency with third-party libraries and API integrations

- Hands-on experience with Dio package for HTTP client operations

- Firebase expertise including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications

- Experience with Codemagic CI/CD pipeline
