Position : Senior Flutter Developer.

Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Kochi (Work From Office).

- 5+ years overall in mobile development (Flutter, native iOS/Android, or cross-platform).

- Delivered at least 5 enterprise-level projects, showcasing scalable, maintainable, high-traffic apps.

- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills applied in complex scenarios.

- Experience with state management (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, etc.

- Proficient in Dart, Flutter architecture, and clean code practices.

- Hands-on with RESTful API integration, offline/storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, etc.

- Well-versed in unit/integration/UI testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git).

Requirements :

- Architect, design & implement enterprise-grade Flutter apps.

- Break down complex UI/UX designs into reusable widgets and components.

- Integrate with backend services, handle offline-sync, caching, and performance tuning.

- Write clean, maintainable, testable code; conduct thorough code reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize app performance.

- Mentor junior developers and guide best practices across the team.

- Collaborate closely with product, QA, UI/UX, and backend teams to ensure quality delivery.

Technical Skills :

- Flutter framework expertise and strong command over Dart.

- State management patterns : Provider, BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, etc.

- Native interoperability via platform channels.

- Familiarity with iOS (Swift/ObjC) and Android (Kotlin/Java) basics.

- Storage and caching : SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences, Firebase.

- API integration : REST, GraphQL, WebSockets as needed.

- Testing tools : Flutter Test, Mockito, widget tests.

- CI/CD : Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins.

- Performance profiling and optimization techniques.

- App deployment : App Store and Play Store submissions.
