We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer in Mumbai (Kurla) for a fast-growing FinTech company focused on building innovative digital experiences. Who can help us build high-quality, scalable, and responsive cross-platform applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of advanced mobile applications using Flutter.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define app features and requirements.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.

- Integrate third-party APIs and libraries.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and Flutter ecosystem.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2-3 years working with Flutter.

- Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart language, and mobile app architecture.

- Experience in building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android.

- Proficient in using state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.

- Familiar with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and cloud-based technologies.

- Solid understanding of app security, offline storage, and performance optimization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Good to Have :

- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

- Knowledge of backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Firebase Functions).

- Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.

- Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or packages.
