We are hiring a Senior ETL Specialist to design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL development, data warehousing, and data quality assurance.

Location : Bangalore

Work Model : Hybrid

Experience : 7- 10 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and workflows.

- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses/data lakes.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Implement data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.

- Maintain proper documentation of ETL processes and data mappings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar).

- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., star/snowflake schemas).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python/Shell scripting preferred).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
