Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior ERPNext Consultant with strong experience in ERPNext implementation, configuration, and support.

The ideal candidate will possess solid functional knowledge across multiple business domains and the ability to translate client requirements into effective ERPNext solutions.

This role involves leading implementation projects, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful ERP adoption for clients

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across functional modules such as Accounts, HR, CRM, Projects, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase

- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Map business processes to ERPNext standard features, configurations, and workflows

- Configure and customize forms, workflows, reports, roles, and permissions in ERPNext

- Coordinate with the development team for customizations, integrations, and enhancements

- Manage data migration, validation, testing, and go-live support

- Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation and user manuals

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous system improvements

- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in ERPNext implementation, consulting, or support roles

- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, and Operations

- Hands-on experience with ERPNext configuration, workflow setup, and report customization

- Basic understanding of Frappe Framework, Python, and MariaDB/MySQL

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently in a client-facing role

Nice to Have (Optional)

- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation

- Knowledge of Linux environments, server setup, or cloud hosting (Frappe Cloud, AWS, etc.)

- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party system connectivity

- ERPNext Functional or Technical certification

- Experience working with remote or international clients
