Hiring: Senior ERP Delivery Manager (Oracle Cloud / PeopleSoft / EBS)

The Opportunity :

Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Delivery Manager to lead and grow large-scale Oracle enterprise application programs. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will own delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and contribute to pre-sales and solutioning.

What Youll Be Working On :

- Lead implementations, upgrades, and managed services for:

- Oracle Cloud Applications

- PeopleSoft

- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

- Manage ERP programs across Financials, Supply Chain, and HCM

- Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, budget, margins, and resourcing

- Act as the primary escalation point for risks, issues, and client concerns

- Partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor

- Support pre-sales activities:

- RFP/RFI responses

- Solution design

- Estimates & Statements of Work (SoW)

- Deliver executive presentations, webinars, and client workshops

- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams using Agile and Waterfall models

What Were Looking For :

- 12+ years of ERP delivery experience

- Strong background in Oracle Cloud / PeopleSoft / EBS

- Proven success managing complex ERP implementations and upgrades

- Experience across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules

- Strong understanding of project governance, margins, utilization, and profitability

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills

- Experience supporting sales and solutioning activities

- Ability to work in onsite + remote global delivery models
